Conditionals

Is it possible to provide me with a website that shows how to change statements into conditional sentences?
thanks

I'm not sure that I can change a simple statement into a conditional sentence, Nada-- can you give me an example? If you could, I would give it a try. Or you could just google 'conditional sentences' and get many pages of examples.

It's like when we say:
statement:I didn't come to the party because you didn't invite me.
conditional: If you had invited me to the party, I would have come
I really need such sentences with the first, second and third conditionals
thank you

Conditional I: If you invite me, I will come.
Conditional II: If you invited me, I would come.
Conditional III: If you had invited me, I would have come.
