conditionality of conditional

Hi,
I think all these are conditionals in that it makes somewhat clear that a condition in the if-clause should be met in order for the action or result to occur, but sometimes I am not so sure, expecially if some of them look to be a polite request.

If you have some money, would you lend me some?
If you had some money, would you lend me some?
If you have some money, can you lend me some?
If you have some salt, would you mind passing some to me?
