Conditional tenses Having trouble please help

Could you please tell me if the following conditional sentences are correct?

1 If i was going to work I would've killed myself.
2 Even if I had forgotten my keys, I wouldn't have gone back to get them.
3 If I had to take the subway every morning let alone every night, I would kill myself.

Which of these are correct and what's the difference?

1 If I had to leave, I wouldn't be happy.
2 If I had had to leave I wouldn't have been happy.
3 Had I to leave, I wouldn't be happy.
4 Had I had to leave, I wouldn't have been happy.

What's the difference between the 2 following sentences and does number 1 make sense ?

1 Had I had to have left, I would have been mad.
2 Had I had to leave, I would have been mad.

Thank you

Actually, all the examples you gave make sense. Usually, it's thought that conditional sentences with a realizable condition are formed like this:
Past Simple (dependent clause) + Future-in-the-Past (main clause)
while sentences with an irrealizable condition (for example, if you refer both your actions to yesterday) are formed like this:
Past Perfect (dependent clause) + Fu
