Aside from the grammar, it's so unbelievable that I wonder if you really mean it. I expect something more like this:

If I had to live in this room, I'd forget what the sun looks like.
___________

Also, 'this room' usually implies the room you are in, so by the original statement, you have already forgotten what the sun looks like because you're probably in the room at the time you say this. This strikes me as another anomaly of the sentence.
