Conditional Sentences - If Clauses & Wish Tense

Question

Hi All,1. Can somebody explain me the whole matter of conditional sentences (if clauses 1,2,3) easily (with examples)?Can you explain when do we have to use each of the above?2. I also want to expand my knowing about the "wish tense" (I wish I...), so if you can help me with this also it will be more than excellent for me.Thanks!

0)Factual Conditionals:Present
This kind talks about general truths and scientific facts.You can also use it to talk about habits and recurring events.
If you vote,you can have a say.

1)Factual Conditionals:Future
Use future factual conditional sentence to talk about what will happen under certain conditions.
If you go there you will see them.

2)Unreal Conditionals:Present
Use them to talk about unreal ,untrue,imagined,or impossible conditions and their result.
If I lived here,I would be happier.

Use Wish+a verb in the simple past tense to talk about thing that you want to be true now,but that are not true.
e.g. I wish I lived in castle.

3)Unreal Conditionals:Past
Use them to talk about past unreal ,untrue ,or imagined conditions and their unreal results.
If he had died young,he wouldn't have had any children.

Use Wish+a verb in the pat perfect to express regret or sadness about things in the past that you wanted to happen ,but didn't.
e.g. George wishes he had studied architecture.(He didn't and now regrets.)
