Conditional sentences

What is the difference in the usage of "will" and "would" in these sentences;

- You will feel yourself better if you had taken the medicine yesterday.

- You would feel yourself better, if you had taken the medicine yesterday.

If I'm not mistaken, there is more certainty in the first sentence in comparison with the second one. Right?

olive bee- You will feel yourself better if you had taken the medicine yesterday.

Ungrammatical.

olive bee- You would feel yourself better (now) if you had taken the medicine yesterday.

Fine as a mixed conditional sentence.

"Would" is correct. Also, we just say "You would feel better" without "yourself". I know it's a reflective verb in Russian, but not in English. If you ask someone "How do you feel yourself?" you will either shock them or cause them to burst out laughing.
