Conditional Sentences

Hello everyone

I have a question about Conditional Sentences as we know Conditional Sentences have 3 modes : one mode is in present and another is in past and the latest mode is in past perfect for instance :
1-If I find her address, I’ll send her an invitation.
2-If I found her address, I would send her an invitation.
3- If I had found her address, I would have sent her an invitation.
I Always confused in third mode and second mode I know their difference complete but sometimes When I decided to answer Immediately I get confused and wonder which mode between number 2 and number 3 should be choosen
