Hello,

Which phrase is correct?

If we came ten minutes later she would had died.

If we had come ten minutes later she would have died.

Does the second sentence belong to the third type of conditional sentences?

If you want to add a form of have after a modal verb (will, would, can, could, shall, should, may, might, must), the only form possible is have. You cannot use has, had, or anything else. It must be have. will have, would have, can have, could have, ... Never will had, would
