Conditional sentence difference

Hi teachers

I would like to know the difference in meaning between these two sentences:

If it weren’t for you, I would not be a doctor.

If it had not been for you, I would not have been a doctor.

If it weren’t for you, I would not be here.

If it had not been for you, I would not have been here.

I think both are correct but I am confused about what they mean, which is real and which is not. Pleass clarify!

Thanks!
