Conditional problem

Hi.

I've recently been thinking about hypothetical conditionals. (not counter-factual or unreal.)
Are these sentences okay? Please note my intentions in the brackets.

If I have offended you, I must apologize. ( I'm not sure whether I have offended you or not.)

If you were there yesterday, you would have seen the accident.(I don't know whether you were there yesterday or not.)

If she did it, then why did she do it? (I don't know whether she did or not.)

If he had been freed from the jail, he would have lived in this town. (I don't know whether he had been freed from the jail.)

I would appreciate any answer and opinion and I can stand corrected.
Thank you very much in advance.
