Conditional or no conditional?

Dear English Forums,

I have a question for you regarding the expression below - is this a conditional or not? If it is a mixed conditional, what is it made of?

"If it's been raining [e.g.], (then) I haven't noticed"

many thanks

My guess, past real conditional, type I. I think it would really be "If it was raining, I didn't notice," but I don't see any difference in concept. : past :: pres.

The tenses are parallel: past cont.: past :: pres. cont. : pres. perf.

Your example really refers to the past.
