Conditional?

If I've been/had been able to live without electricity until now, I'll be able to live without it in the future.

Is this the third conditional? Suppose the person really is living without electricity.

If the person really is living without electricity then it should be: If I've been able to live without electricity until now, I'll be able to live without it in the future. This is a so-called "zero" conditional.
