Conditional?

If she won a million pounds would she have given away all the money?

It's from a book. This sentence is based on a real story, recently she won 16.000 pounds. Is this the 2nd or the 3rd conditional. The first part is in the past simple and the second is in the present perfect? Can we use it like this?

Thank you!
