conditional

If you 'would' care to leave your phone number, I 'will' call you back as soon as I possibly can.

I need an expert in grammar to answer this question. I have learned that in the first conditional we have "if + simple present + will". I have never seen a structure with "would + will". Would you please elaborate on it? I would be happy if you would introduce me a good source containing one another example of this form of conditional.

Thank you

"would care" and "would like" are treated as idiomatic substitutes for the present tense "want". The "would" merely softens the request (to leave a phone number in this case). For purposes of the pattern of tenses in conditional sentences, these idioms may be considered the present tense.

Two friends are in a conversation. A: My student loan is due in a few days and I am short this month because I just moved into an apartment. Do you think you can help me out? B: I would like to but I don't have the whole among. If you would promise me to pay me back within a month, I will ask my brother.
