Condition?!

Hello.
I have told one of my relatives abroad that I need some books from Amazon.com.I have not received them yet.Now I'm going to email her asking about the books, where they are, when I will get them, etc.
What should I write?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, Try to writ what you would say if you were speaking to her. Then show us your draft. OK?

Hi,
I suggest this.

Hi,
Thanks for helping me with the books. Did they say anything about how long delivery will take, please?
