Condenser Fan

I would be grateful if someone could help me to modify the following sentence.

High pressure cutout due to failure of condenser fan no.3 of chiller no.1 that have been isolated and needs to be replaced.

There was a high pressure failure when the no. 3 condenser fan on chiller no.1 failed. That fan has been isolated, but needs to be replaced.

I'm not sure that's what is meant though.
