Condense These Sentences

Hello, all. How can the two sentences below be condensed? I dislike beginning the second sentence with "While there." (Did I use the correct punctuation surrounding "While there" above?")
Also, should I place a comma after "At this time?" (Should the question mark be placed inside or outside of the quotes in the sentence above?)

Below are the sentences that should be condensed:
At this time, we are hosting a private Facebook page that brings the remote position to the potential employee. While there, members apply, discuss, and refer jobs with other members.
