Conclusion for an essay

Could you please tell me if this conclusion for an essay is correct:
In conclusion, what has been discussed I can sum up and say fluently that I agree with this opinion...

If it is not, how can I change it?

Do not mention your writing. Delete "what has been discussed."

"In conclusion" and "sum up" say the same thing, so it is very repetitive. Delete one of them.
"Fluently" refers to an advanced ability in speaking. It does not belong.
