"Concluded that" followed by the present tense in things that are still true but not timeless

For example: 'She saw Tim's computer and concluded that it (was/is) the coolest toy in the world.' Which is it?

Is. Because of the proximity of the past tense in the first part of the sentence, was is often used. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
