Concerns and choices OK?

Hi. Let us pretend that we are talking about God in the sentences below, that is, the subject of those two sentences is God. In short, the pronoun "He" represents God.

For the sentences below, I think we could use the plural forms "concerns" and "choices." I also think the use of the singular forms "concern" and "choice" mean general concern (in a general sense) for all people and the choice in a general sense to apply to all the people. But, as I said before, I think we could use the words "concerns" and "choices," though it could give the feeling of discrete-ness.

What do you think?

He is good to address the concern (concerns -OK?) of people/human kind.

He allows people to make their own choice (choices - OK?), for they have freedom to...
