Concern/know

Dear teachers,

1. As far as I'm concerned and as far as I know. Do they both mean the same? If not please tell me what is the difference between them.

The difference betweent these two statements lies in the difference between concerned and know; I'd consult a dictionary for these.

The way I understand it:
As far as I'm concerned: ..the limit/end to my concern; what matters to me.
As far as I know: ..the limit/end to my knowledge; what I know.
