Concerning the Celta course.

I've got this sentence which got me very confused.
" Has Sarah been ill? She's lost a lot of weight."
" Yes, she's really slender now, isn't she "

Please someone tell me where is the mistake and how to explain it in simple terms

Much appreciated ,

The only mistake is the missing question mark at the end of the last question. 'Slender' is a positive-sounding adjective. A more negative adjective would be eg skinny, eg thin.

'Slender' seems inappropriate to me. As Clive noted, it is sounds positive. I'd not use it if I were concerned about somebody who has lost a lot of weight, possibly as a result of illness.
