Concept Check Questions

Having some difficulty with concept questions. All the questions I come up with seem to have yes/no answers and this is not the objective..How would you compose a question for the verb rent without it having a yes/no answer?

Your question is quite abstract. Can you be more specific, or give us a couple of examples?

Hey, you would have to put the verb 'rent' in a sentence. E.g I payed my rent to my landlord today.

Payed my rent.

Concept question(s):

Did I pay my rent today?

Yes.

Was it payed to my landlord?

Yes.

I guess something like that would be fine. I am still working my way through the course.

Are you doing the TEFL I take it? i

Be aware: It's "paid", not payed.
Also, when we pay rent, it's understood that your landlord is the recipient, therefore it is redundant.

Ahh yes ofcourse.

Slightly embarrassed I spelled 'paid' wrong.

So what would be a good concept question then?
