The Conan O'brien Show for years has been my favorite late night talk show. Or

The Conan Obrien Show for years have been my favorite late night talk show.

The first one is correct because the subject of the sentence is Conan Obrien Show and it's singular therefore it's has. Right?

I keep forgetting.
