Sadly, Internet social network sites have become another place for hackers, con artists, and sexual predators to prowl for unsuspecting victims.

Sadly, ... con men/liars/swindlers/cheaters, and horny perverts/horny old goats ... unsuspicious ...

The second version of the above is how I try to interpret the first. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
