computing / computer science

Could you tell me the difference between computing, computer science and information technology?

For example, how do you call the subject that children have got at schools to learn how to use computers? Or if you are doing a course in an academy to learn something on computers would you say 'I'm doing a computing course'?

´Thanks for your answers.
