Computer Lab

Hi there! Does anyone have experience in using the computer lab for adults? I'm doing an informal research on an adult school in L.A.. They use Future: English for Results 4 (Pearson) for the lab. But a lot of students don't know how to work on the interactive activities provided on the CD-ROM. What are some ways to help them? I'd love to hear any opinion or comments. Thanks!
