Computer freezing

Help me my computer is freezing! What is the problem? MotherBoard: Asus m4n68t, VGA: Asus Nvidia GT 610 1GB, Rams: 2 1GB 1600Mhz, 1 2gb 1333Mhz (Kingmax),Processor: Amd Athlon X4 2.3Ghz.This is a 7 years old computer, and freezing. I test for rams are not wrong. I tried another VGA and its didn’t work. Im using Win10 64bit,maybe should i use 32bit version? I tried with win7.

There are times when the computer work for hours, but it usually freezes after 20 minutes.

First freezing the screen , and then the sound goes away. Sometimes freez, and im restart the computer and it doesn’t work. But no communication .At second restart it works. But later it freezes.

Maybe the hard drive can cause such a problem ??

Sorry, but we are not technical experts who can resolve your computer problem. But it sounds to me like a memory or motherboard problem.
