Text;

Bill was a landlord. He had a large farmland where he reared cows, sheep, and hens. He grew crops, fruit, and vegetables on his farm.

Question;

Who was Bill and what was his profession?

Answer;

Bill was a landlord. Animal husbandry and farming were his professions.

(The text is confusing if Bill was a landlord why would he do animal husbandry and farming.)

I suppose some people can be both a farmer and a landlord, especially if they hire a property manager.
