Which of the following sentences has a compound predicate?

I disagree. Predicate is the part of the sentence which is not the subject. The verb (or a verb phrase), i.e. predicator, is part of the predicate.

Yes, you are correct. It was clear to me, however, that the original poster was asking for a double verb, so I use the old-fashioned term that he or she did.
