compound subjunctive

1. If I had done nothing, when I was attacked, I would be dead now.

2. If I owned a house, I wouldn't have moved so often.

Q) I can understand number #1 but not #2.
#1 => "I" did something when he was attacked so he is alive now.

#2 => "I" don't own a house so "I" have moved so often.
Is my interpretation correct? (My book introduces that sentence saying that it's compound subjunctive because it's different from these forms:
3. If I had known her phone number, I would have called her.
4. If I were rich, I would travel around the world. .
