Compound or compound complex

Good morning,

I'm wondering if you could look at this sentence when you get a chance:

Mimi didn’t think Kyu’s sweater was well made and pretty; however, she believed it was the thought that mattered.

Is this sentence a CCX-compound-complex sentence or a C-compound.

even though "that" is not written down in the sentence, it's CCX because "that" is implied.

Thank you.
