Compound adjective ㅡconceptual model languages specific

Building on some of their earlier work,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conceptual_model#cite_note-early_Gemino_and_Wand-9 Gemino and Wand acknowledge some main points to consider when studying the affecting factors: the content that the conceptual model must represent, the method in which the model will be presented, the characteristics of the models users, and the conceptual model languages specific task.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conceptual_model#cite_note-Gemino_and_Wand-8

I'd like to know whether "conceptual model languages specific" is a compound adjective and "specific" has taken "conceptual model languages" as an object.

Thank you in advance for your help.
