Hi, I would like to email my colleague regarding a issue, can you please check the grammar acceptable?

Dear xxx,

As of now due to the linking problem TLC system doesn’t allow machines to overwrite any new amendments which have been created before in the TLC system. So I’m thinking should we give a try for manual amendment . Because this is very straightforward and it doesn’t require to links to any tab. And i’m pretty much sure the TLC system should capture the amendments. If you are okay, then we will send them up for test run. Thank you.
