I had to write an essay of not longer than 200 and 250 words. Can someone please give me a feedback and an overall mark if possible. The composition carries 50 marks in total. Thank you very much.





The pains and pleasures of learning a foreign language.



There are many different languages all over the world, some are similar to each other, for example someone who comes from Spain find it easy to learn Portugese, and some are different and more difficult to learn like Chinese for example.



All the languages have their pros and cons, especially when it is not your official language. But it is still very important to learn new languages as much as you can. When you decide to learn a new language, you will find it very hard at first, but the more you try, easier it become, the important is that you know what are you doing. Learning a language is fun, because it helps you to communicate more easy with other people. More over you learn their customs, culture and tradition.



But when you learn a language, you have to work hard. You have to read a lot, even if you find reading as a relaxing thing, when it comes to learn it become a little bit boring. Not only that you need to find information to helps you learn more about the language you are studying. At least today we have the internet, but to spend a lot of time searching for information it become very stressful. Not to mention exams which is more stressful.



How ever when you consider all this you find the importance of languages which can give you more satisfaction when you pass from exams after a hard work.
