Complex sentences doubts

Hello,

I'm totally puzzled by complex sentences. Can you please tell me if the sentences are correct, and why not:

- You're usually very patient, so why are you being so unreasonable about waiting ten more minutes?

- Don't ask me where you have put your glasses.

I'm not sure about the word order after question words (why, where). If there're any mysterious grammar rules like in the cause of indirect questions, please let me know ;-)

Thank you!
