Complex sentences

Hi,
I would like to ask that how many clause should be inside a sentence?

For example: "Another reason is why the teacher has to be suppotative with a students who asks a question is that the teacher and the students has different background knowledge about the actual topic. ", is it usable or not ?

There is no rule. William Faulkner wrote a sentence 50 pages long. Most of us cannot do that, however. It depends on the skill of the writer. Your sentence is fine as amended:
