complex sentence

Anger is a natural feeling that you get when something happens to you that you think is bad or unfair.

Q) For me, the structure of the sentence above is complex.
This structure is unfamiliar to me because when the antecedent is a clause relative clause that part also comes a be verb "is".
What I know is "that" refers to "something." I can't explain clear because I don't understand that structure.

Can anyone explain this structure, in particular the underlined parts?

If the clause is re-arranged and the sentence simplified, is it still difficult for you? Sometimes something [that you think is bad or unfair ] happens to you.
