Complex Object?

What's the difference in the meaning (if any) between these two sentences and are they grammatically correct:

1) It's nice to have you living nearby.
2) It's nice to have you live nearby.
3) It's nice having you live nearby.
4) It's nice having you living nearby.

Thanks,
Damian
