Complex Object

1. Why in the sentence below the part "be" of passive form is missed? Or it isn't correct?
We ordered a huge bunch of flowers to brought by 7 o'clock.

As far as I know we can do that after THINK, CONSIDER, FIND: I consider him a clever man.
Are there any other verbs that can be applied to this rule?

2. Can I miss BE here?: Her answer made me be satisfied? And why?
3. HEAR (someone told), SEE (I understand), NOTICE in these meanings aren't used in Complex Object. I suppose FEEL gets into this rule too (and maybe some other verbs, what are they?) Eg. I felt him follow me.

It is not correct. The word "be" is necessary -- you cannot say "to brought".
