If an event is scheduled to take place on September 26th, then again from October 16th to October 23rd of this year, is the following a correct, compact way of writing it?

- Dates: September 26th, October 16th to 23rd, 2013.

Thank you for yor help.

I would prefer to insert an "and" in there (i.e. "September 26th and October 16th to 23rd, 2013").

This is enough.

Dates: September26, October 16-23, 2013.

We very rarely add those sts, nds, rds, and ths.
