Complex Conditional Sentence

I'm stuck.

Which is correct?

If I found the hotel carpark, I would have been there on time

If I had found the hotel carpark, I would have been there on time

Which is correct now? Does 'before 1pm' become part of the conditional, and therefore is it influenced by whether it is part of the 2nd or 3rd conditional?

If I found the hotel carpark before 1pm, I would have been there on time.=

If I had found the hotel carpark before 1pm, I would have been there on time.=

Thanks

" This is assuming that you intend this as the third conditional. Even if you leave out the time phrase, you still need the "had found" at the beginning. The two clauses in the conditional sentence need to correspond to each other, as shown in the examples below: 1st conditional (real): IF + present simple, THEN future simple --> If I find the hotel carpark, I will be on time.
