Complete one's bucket list

I heard that "I would like to complete my bucket list. " and I was trying to figure out what "complete bucket list" means and I think there are two meanings we can sense.

1) Doing all things in the bucket list.

2) Finishing filling things in the bucket list.

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much in advance.
