complement with or with complement

I always notice the words 'complement with','with complement','complement from' and etc. which the correct to address or to write if I want to complement something to someone?

I think you mean 'compliment'?

For example I give books to my friends and inside I write : "A compliment copy from Joe Buzz" or "A compliment copy"
