To the Management,
Change is inevitable. However, it should be for the better, or else it could have several negative effects on the people’s mind and output. In our case, the sudden change of accommodation affected us negatively to work effectively and efficiently in the work place. We are having a hard time coping up with the new environment, new housemates and new house rules.
In our previous Villa, 5 rooms occupied by 17 people but we are living comfortably, having harmonious relationship, dealing smoothly with each other, understanding, and cooperative housemates. In fact, our villa is a good example of team and unity. We’ve provided and paid our own wifi connection, including TV Channels, and Telephone landline (under one name) because schools Wifi connection is very weak. Our previous villa is not just a villa for us, it was a home away from our own home we considered each member as family. We settle small issue internally, we welcome and was guided the new housemate. Could you imagine what Mr. Ezhil did for us? He urgently destroyed one happy family. Which everyone of us suffered the negative impact emotionally and mentally.
Why he urgently moved us from our previous villa? And then he brought new hired Filipino in there as replacement? The 4 Philippine Villa is not enough for all Filipino’s besides we are continuously hiring. Not only that, Mr. Ezhil forced the old employees (our long time nurses and QC assistant which will finish their contract this year) to move from 4 Philippine Villa transfer to 3 Villa (our previous villa). To show us that there is a lot of vacancy, he declared the room will be empty in spite of the fact that it is still occupied. And that’s very inhuman, how can you do that to the people who worked in this company for 4-8 years of their lives. Why?
Our company have a lots of Villa, we have 14th villa which is not fully occupied. In fact, were from 14th Villa transferred to 3 Philippine Villas and now transferred again to 4 Philippine Villas. Why? instead of filling in the vacancy of each room and They didn’t even assist us during the transfer.
And we have a situation here, since Mr. Ezhil urgently moved us, from 3 Villas to 4 Villas we will suffer the wifi bill for 3 months because the Ooredoo will only disconnect the connection after (3) months as one name transfer to another names. Should the company will shoulder the bill in our behalf? or else one person might be obliged to pay because the account is under her name and no one is willing to pay because they are no longer using it.
In this connection we are requesting to move back to our home (villa 3) since its not fully occupied yet and we would to take this opportunity to sent an appointment with you to discuss this matter.
Sincerely,

I don't even understand what the main complaint is. It is more of a rant than a business letter. Write something short and to the point.
Mr. Ezhil has made some recent changes that have had a significant negative effect on the employees' morale and productivity. I
