Complaint of my new skoda rapid car's shock absorbsers

I Mr. Naresh Lalwani registered owner of Skoda Rapid reg no: MH 03 BW 9697, which was purchased on 2nd December 2015 from your Thane JMD Auto showroom. on 09th December I returned from Hyderabad & visited at Bhandup workshop complaining about headlamps have very low lights/ focus and about shock absorbsers that my car touches the speed breakers, the workshop management said the light bulbs / projecters are of 55 volts thats the highest voltage bulbs in rapid car so they are helpless for that thing, and for shockups the car is new it will take time to get free the mechanism and that the time of 1st service if it persist will be tackled.

I gave the car for 1st service on 20th April 2016 with the same complaint, however no action was taken / or no response was given by your workshop officials.

Again i gave the car for 2nd service on 20th April 2017and logged the complaint that now the noise of hitting from front shock absorbsers & touching of the car to the speed breakers from rear have increased, i was advised to keep the car for couple of days for the inspection. after 7 (seven) days when i took delivery of my car the promblem (fault) persisted and this was brought to the notice of the officials of the workshop. On 17th of February i along with one of your workshop final tester Mr: Jagtap took a trail from JMD Bhandup workshop to Ghatkopar signal on E.E.Highway and upon return and reporting of your workshop executive it was agreed that complaint i made is still persisting. At that time the officials informed me that they does not have the authority to approve the fault, for which i have been complaining since the day one from the date of purchase of my car. I was not given any viable answer/ or response nor the problem was solved till the date. thereafter i complaint at the customer care no on 22nd of feb to madam Rashmi complaint no: 163705. till the date theres no response.

Hi Paint Car;

Please note that the lower case "i" is not a valid English word. If you want to refer to yourself, you must always write an upper case "I."
