Complaint letter to my car dealer.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER MY LETTER IS ENOUGH POWERFUL
Hello,
I strongly disapprove with your findings regarding the bent alloy wheels of my car. I am quite familiar with all the newer brands of cars including Mercedez Benz, Chevrolet,Mitzubishi etc. And all the cars I had used were fitted with alloy wheels. As though you can blame roads for poor performance of vehicles, not a single car which I have used show a defect like this. I have not missed even a single week without checking the accurate tyre pressure of all the wheels.
The response from your end was really disturbing and it has helped to devalue our mounting trust in a multi million dollar brand-Volkswagen. I really feel sorry choosing a EVM-Motors as my dealer.When you try to blow smoke over the problem with silly reasons, how can you escape from the flaws in the design of your product. I really doubt, this is doctored effort by Volkswagen Motors to boost their spare parts business by assembling spurious parts to their vehicles and to get them replaced as and when It is possible. Any way, if you stick with your findings, I won’t hesitate to file a suit against the company in the consumer court where I am sure to get a favourable solution to my problem .
