My Letter :
Dear Sir,
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my laptop , which has been purchased from your shop last week,
The laptop was working perfectly during the first two days , but unfortunately , Its performance started dropping and I was experiencing several glitches and freezes. I couldn't use it again unless I restart it, Additionally , a blue line appear on the screen every time I turn on the laptop, It stays for 1 hour then disappear.
This is extremely annoying and disturbing , As I use my laptop for work, Now every time I have to save my work in case it happens again otherwise I will lose all my work progress.
Because of these reoccurring issues, I'm now late to submit four days of work, which put me in a very delicate situation with my boss .
Would you please take the necessary actions to fix my laptop, or change it with a new one since the product is still within warranty period, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
