Complaint letter

Please help me again to correct my complaint letter! Thanks

I would like to file a complaint against the admin bus driver _____ for failure to ensure that there are no one left on the bus. The incident happened Today morning 2^nd day of October 2017, Bus arrived in school at around 06:55 AM. The driver was failing to notice me because I was sitting at the back of the bus, when everyone all go out, I was near at the middle row, reaching the bus door. I was shock when I saw the driver outside from there he pressed the door lock button. And he walked towards the gate while I kept knocking the door and calling him. I didn’t know how to open the bus door that’s why I decided to press the horn button. Fortunately, the security noticed that horn coming from the bus and he walked towards the bus and open the door for me.

I am writing this to warn him and to realize his mistake, he must be a responsible driver
