Complaint letter

Dear Sir/ Ma'am
With regard to my recent holiday, the details of which are above, i write to make sero=ious complaint.

My wife and i are in our 40s and wanted a relaxing holiday to get a break from our busy jobs. The apartments you provided were 100 yards from bars and nightclubs and we couldn't sleep until 3am on some nights.
The swimming pool, which is advertised in the brochure as an olympic size pool was one of the smallest i have seen in the world! It was also filthy and every afternoon seagulls would bathe in there! I did not see any person cleam the pool!

Also, the return flight was delayed for 5 hours. Our holiday was totally ruined and we hold your Agency responsible. I look forward to hearing from you.

How do you reply to this letter? Sorry i tried it but am not sure wether mine's right or not can you please help me. I would be very grateful. Thank you.
